Meet Nick LeGrand, a native Saint Louisan & natural entrepreneur.  He's been a business owner since the ripe age of 14, starting his first lawncare business in the 8^th grade.  His drive & determination helped his business grow & his accountability & ​impressive work has kept his clients loyal throughout the years.  He's a pretty laid-back guy who stays cool under pressure.  His honesty & hard-working nature is evident when you meet him & he values good communication, which is crucial when working with buyers & sellers.  While he will always call South City/St. Louis Hills home, he appreciates the small businesses in neighborhoods like Kirkwood, Webster Groves & Maplewood that make these neighborhoods great. 

Nick doesn't really know what down time looks like, but instead you may find him daydreaming of a good day at the beach on Lake Michigan while catching up on paperwork. When he does kick back for a bit you may bump into him at Francis Park walking with wife, Kit, & sweet daughter Mae, catching a game at Busch Stadium with friends, or hanging out with his best dog-buddy Buzz.
